Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and a part of SSC's Board of Directors from 2011 she was one of the original co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. She also served as a member of the SSC as the producer, costume/set design composer/music director and as a text coach and as the Artistic Director. The last year of her tenure, she was a director and lighting designer for SSC's King Lear. She had been directing from the group, but last year made her directorial debut. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Markie Post was involved with a few game shows in addition to her acting profession. The daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two of her children within Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school of choice. She was a cheerleader. She was a student at Pomona College for a short duration and was graduated in Lewis & Clark College, both of which are located in Oregon. Post's previous marriage was to Stephen Knox. In 1982, she was married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with whom her two kids. Post inspires numerous Hollywood actors as she is an amazing actress as well as the an ideal mother and wife.
